1. Bookings & Payment

• A minimum advance payment (typically 25% of the package cost) is required to confirm a booking.
• Balance payment is due as specified on your booking confirmation, generally 15 days before travel.
• Prices are per person on twin/double sharing basis unless stated otherwise, and may vary during peak season.
• All payments should be made through the official payment channels shared by our team.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges are calculated based on how far in advance you cancel relative to your travel date:

• 45+ days before travel: 10% of package cost deducted
• 30-44 days before travel: 25% of package cost deducted
• 15-29 days before travel: 50% of package cost deducted
• 0-14 days before travel / no-show: 100% non-refundable

Exact cancellation terms may vary by package and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Itinerary Changes

While we make every effort to follow the confirmed itinerary, sequence or activities may change due to weather, road conditions, local authority restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide suitable alternatives wherever possible.

4. Traveller Responsibilities

• Travellers must carry valid government-issued photo identification for all bookings.
• International travellers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas and travel documents.
• Travellers should disclose any medical conditions relevant to trip activities in advance.

5. Liability

Gorakhpur Nepal Tours acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators). We are not liable for delays, losses, injuries or damages caused by third-party providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Car Rental Terms

Car rental bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Toll, parking, state entry tax and any charges beyond the agreed kilometre/hour limits are payable directly by the customer as per actuals.

7. Website Use

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of Gorakhpur Nepal Tours unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
